  • Transparent and open lines of communication lead to a successful, efficient building project and Martha McAnallen homes has several methods of communicating during every project:

    • Action Items/Checklist: A custom process which tracks all ongoing action items as a team (MMH, owner, and architect). The Project Manager updates the Action Items/Checklist daily and shares it with the team for instant communication.

    • Calendar/Scheduling: Internet based weekly scheduling tool which provides real-time updates and task management.

    • Team Weekly Reports: Generated by the project manager sent to the client and architect weekly. Team Weekly Reports provide a high-level communication of current statuses as well as outstanding items and needs from the designer and architect. Team Weekly meetings (on-site, or via Zoom or FaceTime)

  • In today’s world, different forms of communication are necessary when doing business. We want to understand your preferred method of communication and have experience working with clients that need to conduct some meetings via Zoom or FaceTime in addition to utilizing all of the client communication methods provided above. We will over-communicate no matter the circumstances, so the team remains aligned.

  • Transparent budget management is a priority to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency. We track all modifications, approvals, and expenditures in real-time to keep records organized and the team up to date. All budget changes go through a structured approval process to ensure accountability and alignment with project goals. We proactively update clients, fostering collaboration and preventing discrepancies. By consistently monitoring and updating the budget, we maintain cost control while adapting to project needs.
